Dr. Lauren Gastall is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist and is working at our California location in San Luis Obispo! Her patients describe her as kind, compassionate, highly intelligent and her warm nature is welcoming and comforting. She is a highly skilled physical therapist and she takes the time to thoroughly educate each person about their body and how to perform exercises correctly so they can confidently follow their individualized home exercise programs.  Her sessions also incorporate manual therapy such as massage, cup therapy, and joint mobilizations.

She attained her clinical doctorate at Quinnipiac University in 2015.  Lauren is passionate about movement science and helping people feel their best.  Her sessions focus on overall wellbeing and lifestyle management.  Lauren is a certified Pilates instructor and Health Coach.  She often incorporates her knowledge with pilates when instructing patients on correct core engagement and breathing.  She has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and offers classes locally.  Lauren currently resides in San Luis Obispo. She enjoys traveling, backpacking, and cooking.
